Holistic Mindfulness Workshop starting in February

Jan 14, 01:29 PM

A NINE WEEKS JOURNEY TO
WHOLENESS AND MINDFUL LIVING

In order to feel whole—to be completely and joyfully our selves—it is best to integrate our different needs and roles, along with our seemingly paradoxical weaknesses and strengths. It is integration—not just change—that is essential. Each and every part of us is interrelated, forming the vital foundation of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. We cannot separate one from another. Throughout these nine weeks you will gain a profound understanding of how to navigate the complex inner terrain made up of needs, roles, qualities and aspirations that together creates the unique individual that you are. You will learn to identify, integrate, and reconnect with the wisdom and potential that is waiting within you. We will use the chakra system, neurobiological awareness, and linguistic mindfulness—among other tools—to walk this path of self-empowerment.

Through this program, you will learn:

Principles of manifestation as alignment of energy, intention, and action so that you can start creating your life on purpose.
Language and brain-based tools and techniques which can transform limiting thought, language and behavior patterns into empowering ones

How to use the chakra system to increase well-being at all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual

Meditation techniques to develop your awareness and intuition
including body focused practices aiming at facilitating the embodiment of new awareness

How to trust and embrace your inner compass for self empowerment

How to use the above to also empower others, and make a positive contribution to the world

Who will benefit from this program?

Do you have a deep longing for authenticity?
Do you realize that transformation comes from consistent inner work and outer action?
Are you willing to recognize your roadblocks and to embrace the gifts within what seem to be shadows?
Are you ready to expand your consciousness into empowering paradigms.

If these questions resonate with you, then you have the heartfelt desire to grow out of your current limits and this program is for you

The structure:

The program is structured in 9 sessions of 60-minute tele-classes: From the comfort of your home, participants dial into a predetermined conference call number and join other callers. Together, we will meet each week* (dates are listed below) in a safe, anonymous (first names only), virtual classroom. Each class will be recorded, and you will be given instructions to access the recording within 48 hours after each class. Avatar, a movie on Holistic Consciousness

Jan 11, 09:37 AM

“ I see you.” This is how the Na’vi people of the outer space planet Pandora greet each other when they meet. What a beautiful acknowledgement of another’s presence!

In brief, the Na’vi are humanoids who live in total harmony with their environment and nature. They are the embodiment of a fully realized consciousness embracing all things and beings as one. In the film, they symbolize our aspirational selves, our highest potential as human beings. To me, they appeared as the full embodiment of a holistic mindfulness that has realized its interconnectedness with the web of life.

The humans in the movie represent the parts of our selves that are trashing our world and condemning our species and our planet to self-destruction. They are the shadow side of each of us, and the reflected image of our lack of mindfulness.

“Avatar” is a metaphorical movie illustrating the way we treat our beautiful planet and how we interact with each other. Both the atrocities of war and imperialism, and the highest potential of the human species are depicted with great lucidity and timeliness.

Beyond its redemption clichés and its All-Hollywood mega-production traits, Avatar is a highly inspirational movie that mirrors for us the infinite possibilities of higher expression of consciousness into the material plane. While the Na’vi are products of Cameron’s imagination, their form is one unique expression of the higher qualities that we have the potential to cultivate and develop as human beings. We are incredible beings of great power, yet we still need to awaken to our highest potential.

Like Neytiri- the main female Na’vi character- says when she meets Jake’s avatar in the forest: “ You are good, but you are ignorant like a baby and therefore, you are a threat to our world.”

The movie ends on a hopeful note, as most of the humans are sent back to Earth after they have been defeated by the indigenous people, while a few choose [and are chosen] to remain on Pandora and continue to evolve on this higher plane of consciousness.

As we acknowledge our oneness with all that is, we become these few people. When we make the once-and-for-all commitment of becoming the change that we want to see in the world and stick to our commitment, we become an architect of change—an active agent for raising human global consciousness.

Recent studies have revealed that the number of people required to shift behavior within a population is the square root of one percent of that population, meaning that in a city of one million people, it would thus take one hundred people to shift the mass consciousness of that city.

Holistic mindfulness isn’t just a dream; it’s a commitment, it’ s a day-to-day, hour to hour, moment to moment conscious choice to “be the change.”

Peace,

Claire

Gratitude and the golden rule

Dec 21, 07:00 PM

“Treat others as you would like to be treated”:

This universal rule has widely been acknowledged as the common core of all the world’s religions. It manifests in our life whenever we extend an act of kindness towards someone, every time we express some compassion and empathy. It is there in every “thank you” and every time we share intimacy with another human being.

Whether we acknowledge it or not, every moment is a new opportunity to express our gratitude for being alive and for allowing love to fill our hearts until we feel ourselves overflowing with warmth and expanding light, reaching outward to the world.
Gratitude is core to our humanness. It is the aspiration behind all spiritual practice regardless of our tradition. It is inherent in all of our most meaningful relationships -with our family and friends, with ourselves, and with God.

However, while the feelings of gratitude and thankfulness are universal, sometimes we don’t seem to notice the things that we could be grateful for. We often forget them or take them for granted. Other times the wonderful blessings we have in life are obscured by other negative experiences, which seem to overpower them.

So as we are about to finish this year and as we enter the new one, I want to invite you to count your blessings and remember to be grateful for them. Remember that what you focus on expands, and that what you resist persists. What if you spent a little time everyday for the rest of the year in simple gratitude and started to take on a new habit of living in gratitude for the new year?
How about setting the intention to apply the golden rule with more awareness in your life, and observing the possible consequences of that choice?

Women as architects of change

Nov 3, 08:56 AM

Today, our society is calling for some radical transformation and there is a longing for a resurgence of the feminine power into our world. Globally, this is already manifesting as more and more women are coming forth on the front seats in government, executive, academic and artistic positions. His Holiness the Dalai Lama made a proclamation that stunned the crowd at the recent Peace Summit in Vancouver: “The world will be saved by the western woman.”
At Maria Shriver’s Women’s conference in long on October 21,an unprecedented 25,000 women gathered for two days of inspiration and transformation under the theme “Women, the Architects of Change”

Intuitively we, as women sense that we have a role to playin this collective change. Our world has become dysfunctional and we realize that ideologies and technologies cannot, on their own, bring about the level of sustainable change that we need in order to engender true transformative solutions to the global problems we are facing. What we need is a collective shift of consciousness and unless we get involved at a personal level, nothing will really change… Yet in order to assume our role in this shift we each must dothe inner work that it takes to accomplish our individual and collective mission. As Gandhi said it beautifully: “We must become the change that we want to see in the world.

Women are innately creative, generous, compassionate, and intuitive. We have so much to offer: intimacy, balance, sensuality, joy, and pleasure to name a few… Our nature is to embrace and connect. Yet, the road to regaining our power also entails that we learn to embrace our shadow. Collectively, the feminine shadow shows up as victimization, confusion and loss of power. Too many of us still limit ourselves with all sorts of dis-empowering beliefs as excuses to keep hiding behind the roles that society has imparted on us. As natural multi-taskers,we over fill our agendas, we restlessly care for our families, we overtax our body with comfort foods, we fill up our minds with entertainment, movies, books, more education and even spiritual teachings in the hope that we eventually will feel whole and fulfilled. But it never quite fills that hole that we feel inside. As a result, we end up along the road wondering what this is all about and we keep on going on automatic pilot, dis-empowered. In the mean time, deep down inside there is this nagging feeling that something fundamental is missing…

Our biggest challenge today, as women, is to integrate all the paradoxes that our life brings us: How do we resolve our need to be in the world as active members of society, as care givers for our family and at the same time navigate our deep interior personal space?

Holistic Coaching Studio was born from a desire to empower women to realize their highest potential and to make their greatest contribution to the world. In my personal and professional work over the last fifteen years, I have developed practical and accessible skills and tools to support women discover their authentic selves and reintegrate the feminine back into their lives.

Do you feel intuitively that your purpose is much bigger than the game you have been playing so far in your life? Do you feel that it is time for you to start moving forward and stop putting your inner aspirations last?

Do you feel stuck and you don’t really know where to start and how?

The only time and place to start is now and from where you are.

This month, I decided to reach out to the women who have been sitting on the fence, waiting for a better moment to ask for help.

To them, I am asking: “What’s holding you back?

What are you waiting for to regain your power and to give the best of yourself to life? Do you know what your purpose and your aspirations are? What have you done so far to live up to them?

During the next four weeks I am offering a free intake consultation as an opportunity for you to explore with me exactly what has been keeping you stuck and what you need to start moving forward. During this one hour and 15 minutes consultation (That ‘s a 150 USD value), I will help you clarify your true aspirations based on your core values and increase your awareness of what could be possible for you today, that you might not be seeing for yourself.

Why such a generous offer?

Simply because I want you to feel the power of having a clear vision and the exhilaration of breaking free of self-imposed limitations.
Remember, there is not better time than right now to start moving forward.

Remembering yourself

Oct 7, 06:01 PM

Last month I spoke of the importance of recommitting to your purpose and of resetting your aspirations and intentions on a regular basis.
Today, I want to share something with you a little different. Something less conceptual, that you can try and experiment for yourself right away: a practice which I call the practice of “self-remembering” or “remembering yourself”.

Here’s how to get started:

Start with simply reclaiming your attention and bringing yourself back into the present moment. Be quietly aware of your own breathing and the feeling of your feet on the floor. Notice the sounds in the room and the tension in your shoulders. See that even as life goes on all around you, it’s going on within you as well. Be aware that not only you have a body, but that you are in it. Can you feel a shift in your energy?

It usually manifests as an immediate change in your perception. The very fact of intending to remember yourself brings you into this space where you feel suddenly connected to your true nature. Now, instead of relating to the world through your limited thoughts and feelings about it, you are in direct contact with reality.
Next, as you keep your attention in your body and on the present moment, be aware that you are alive – quietly know that you exist and rest there in this understanding: that who you really are is beyond who you think you are, above who you imagine yourself to be, outside time… You are an instrument of the Divine. To know and act on this understanding is what it means to remember yourself. This is the true “practicing of the Presence,” because you enter into that Presence each time you remember to make this shift in your attention. This shift in consciousness opens the door to a whole new vibrant and extraordinary world. This month, I want to invite you to make self-remembering part of your moment-to-moment experience, so that you begin to live within this higher level of conscious awareness.
This is my bold request for you today, and if you forget to remember yourself, please be compassionate with yourself. Forgetting is part of the journey and remembering that you need to remember is only natural. The more you will do this practice the more mindful you will become, and the more authentic presence you will bring into your life. And after all, is it not what we are all aspiring for? A life fully lived and inhabited by our true selves?

I would love to hear about what came up for you with this practice. Please send me your comments and questions or anything that you want to share with me.

“Your presence and wisdom have been a great blessing in my life. You have been a guiding light in my life and helped me to find my own inner light. You provided me with the tools to dig deep and find my own treasures buried deep inside. Your guidance assisted me with seeing myself for the magnificent, powerful “godly” being I am.

All in all, you helped me to be more aware and to become attuned to the voice of my soul. And what can be more precious at this stage of my life than consciously hearing God’s words speaking to and through my soul?

For all that I am forever grateful to you.”

When I started coaching with Claire, my personal life and my art were at a status quo. I had lost my self confidence as an artist. I was feeling overwhelmed, confused and frustrated as I was drifting away from my dreams. I needed help to find some new directions in my life. Throughout the months, I learnt to reconnect to my creativity and to my core values. I feel more inspired and I trust the future. I am making baby steps one day at the time, toward a more holistic, integrated life in which I am learning to make my own choices, aligned with my core being’s true needs and values.
